While summer may not "officially" start until June 20, it is here in Atlanta along with humidity and high temperatures. As you scurry to turn on the air conditioning, you may find your closet lacking in warm weather staples. Wow.  That's all we have to say about these bright blue accented lace-up boots with a heel!  We think they look the best with bright, patterned leggings or even plain ones for that matter.  Just make sure they're bright!  Of course, jeans would work for these winter shoes, but we recommend adding a splash of color somewhere in your outfit to tie the whole look together.
